In March 2005, AREA acquired 10 West End Avenue, a 29,000 square foot site approved for approximately 248,000 gross square feet of development. AREA subsequently developed a 33-story luxury condominium tower comprised of 173 residential condominiums and approximately 3,000 square feet of retail space in the ground floor of the building.
